How can we be of service?

There are several ways you can communicate with our English and Thai speaking staff in our Koh Lanta Reservation Centre.   If you want to confirm a booking now please email us with your request and we will be glad to be of service to you, for all your traveling needs.

1. NON URGENT EMAIL: If your question or enquiry is not urgent please send us an email by filling out the details below. We strive to return all emails within 2 hours from 0800 to 1700 Thai Time (UTC/GMT +7 hours).

2. EMERGENCY: In case of an emergency please call our 24-hours emergency mobile phone on +66 (0) 81 326 8967.

3. LIVE IN PERSON: Come and visit us at our Customer Service Centre in the heart of Ban Saladan - the main business center for Koh Lanta. We're next to the Health Center.
